Obtained multiple international patents for AI ECSP thermal energy storage system and now preparing to build a test site in Taiwan. Standardize iPVTracker to simplify installation process and reduce manufacturing cost to enhance competitiveness.

2023

Company registration of Big Sun Energy Cayman is completed, an important step in heading towards being listed in Nasdaq.

2022

Appointed ITRI to verify the AI ECSP molten salt thermal energy storage system and applied for patents in various countries.

Planned on getting listed in Nasdaq, filing for company registration in Cayman and actively looking for suitable SPAC partners.

Designed the iPV Eco System, an application of AI iPVTracker, to meet the demands of power generation, EV charging, agriculture, fish farming, etc. in desert and other remote and arid areas.

Quality Management Policy

Our quality management is targeted for product reliability and cost-effectiveness. In addition, ISO-9001 quality management system is centered on proper operation procedures and solid reliability tests. Hence we have embedded critical reliability assurance in each phase during the life cycle of solar cells and panels, including Supplier Audit and Qualifications, IQC (Incoming Quality Control for L.I.D.), IPQC (In-process Quality Control for Electroluminescence (EL & Hot Spot)), Final Quality Control (FQC for Reverse current Irev & Shunt resistance Rsh). Moreover, routine product reliability conformance monitoring is also conducted through Peeling Test, Hot Water Test, Ribbon Solder Force Test, and TCT, DH, PID Tests in an in-house climatic test chamber on laminated panels.
Bigsun's quality systems include ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 and TOSHMS. Its high quality & reliability standards are well recognized in the global PV industry. Bigsun ensures all its products conform RoHS and REACH quality standards.

After Bigsun was incorporated, our ethics always follow four principles: Law and Regulation Compliances, Pollution Prevention, Green Operation and Creation of a pleasant & safe working environment for employees as our social obligation.
